Found this in the woods, I find ammo and casings all the time in the woods but not like this one.. Help on the make, Cal. or aprox age?? Thanks in advance..

Maybe .30 cal. Possibly a .30-30 WIN, .303 Savage, .30 REM, .32-40 WIN, .32 WIN or dozens of other similar. Would need accurate dimensions and weight to be much more specific.

Based on the cannelure grooves maybe 1900 to pretty recent.
