The thing in the middle...is that hollow, or is the bottom flat and just dirty? First thing that came to mind would be a wax seal stamp, perhaps

Thanks... that's a good possibility. It is hollow (just like the thing to the left of it). Maybe the seal was broken or removed?

Mark,

Some help on the size of these items might help with getting an ID. If it's the correct size, the hollow item on the right might be part of a barrel tap.

Good point... I don't have the items on hand but the big one is about 2.25"... yes, probably just right for a barrel tap.
