Yes I know, they were all over the place. Six hours of detecting and my back is soar. I ignore the shallow coins so I usually only dig the older stuff

wow great score on the dimes

Great day of silver! and the ration of wheats to silvers is almost right on with what we experiance here. We see 5-6/1 here in yards.

Daaaaang. Nice job.

The crazy thing is that I killed this place years ago with my old machine. There were barely even targets back then.

That is an incredible day! To find that many older coins in one outing is nearly unheard of. WTG!

I would say that you had a real good day, Congrats and good hunting.

Nice. HH, Hamid

Very nice. A great day indead! I call one or two silvers a great day

Soooo... Smartmoney. What machine(s) were you using to work-out the park in the 80's ? And what are you using now ?
There is no comparing a 80's machine to todays silver vacuums.

nice run of silver and wheaties

Yeah I might get that in 2 to 3 months of typical detecting, I have been having slim luck lately except for that one day! Its really dry out here so having a hard time finding anyplace to detect besides gravel or wood chips. The fields are so dry the dust is bad and farmers have been working too, fields with anhydrous are bad news.Guess travel is key but I am always short on time for that. Since I have to care for my dad. Still nice hunt! Grats! CARM

Back then I had a Whites 4000D Series 3 which was a great machine. I just bought an Etrac and its like the best machine ever. I had the Whites V3i but after tryong out the Etrac, I couldnt go back.

Sweet finds !
