his wedding band :o. He's a sweet kid :-* (mid 20's), they've been married less than a year. They bought a house last fall, while he was doing yard work......it fell off :-[ . He knows the general area, he's been looking for it all afternoon :(. Then he remembered talking with me about metal detecting :D . He said he always wanted to try it ;) . He called "you have a metal detector, right? ??? " "Yeah two. Why?" He tells his story of woe :'(...............Currently he is probably in the back yard, in the dark, searching with a flash light :-X ..............I told if he did not find it I would be over after work tomarrow and we'd look together. Maybe a TN wish would help ;).

Good Luck.

Post Pics ;D

I told him he had to promise me 2 things........A picture when he found it. And...........to go detecting with me ;D. He was psyched!

Poor guy. Next time you see him, he'll have dug up his entire yard. A pile of clad on his right, a pile of junque on his left.
Oh, and he also will have completely forgotten about his wedding band. You evil thing you. :'(

What can I say ;D? I did'nt give him the Ace, hey it's tough detecting out ther by youurself ::). I agree though....his wifes gonna call and give me heck for all the "gopher" holes in the lawn. Never thought to tell him about filling his holes :o.

Really hope he finds the ring, poor newlywed.

Good luck! I have found several for people and it is one of the more gratifying aspects of our hobby.

I even had to go back and find my own in the gutpile of my first deer. The ex was not a happy camper until I found it.

Good luck!!..............HH

I had to leave it overnight and I was afraid a coyote would eat my ring. I would then have to go out with my detector to check all the piles of coydog poop. That would be ewwwww fer sher!

Good luck finding the ring. :)

Hope he find it. I would hate that feeling.

I take mine off when I go detecting, because I sometimes hold handfuls of dirt up to my coil to see it the find is in it. A few months ago the cat knocked it off the shelf and hid it under a bench. Darn CAT. Always trying to get me in trouble. ;)

Hey Kim, good luck - let me know if you need help:)

CG...have you found it yet? What picture did you want, one of him? I'll send you one of mine and then maybe you'd let me be your hunting buddy :-*

Just sent him an e-mail, to find out, darn kids! I bet he has his whole yard dug up, and wants to keep the detector. I will find out today somehow! Thanks for all the well wishes!

Lara, come on up girl! Ok you too Wes.

Cool! A hearty well done. Cheers!
