Hello everyone! I've got a few items I can't positively ID. (IH is for size reference but found at the same place) All of these were found at a home built in 1883. I was told the lead seal is somehow related to a telephone pole? Not sure, it looks older to me. The brass knob thing looks like it was pained black at some point. It may just be a knob but wanted to post it, I'm not an expert like you guys! I know the large ieon item is some sort of tool, is it for a buggy? Also not sure on the brass item with holes, it may be junk but i always check first! As always your help is much appreciated! Thanks for looking & HH!

Thanks, I've found a few of these but they always seem to be smaller & not perfectly round. Could be it though...
