a big blade or stone hoe
a double sided shaft abrader
a very small KRF drill

neo, it is a drill probably for making beads or ornaments

Tn, it is made from TRSS (tongue river silicified sediment) better known as chert or gray chert
I think it might be a hoe or a blade or a preform
