A few that Park Pirate left for me.

These finds are from the last 2 or 3 hunts out with Park Pirate. He's been digging the nickels he usually leaves for me so finds are getting tough. My year of the nickel continues with a couple more V nickels, 5 buffaloes and a 43-P war nickel. Was lucky to score a couple indian head cents (1883 and 1886). I posted a photo of all of this years nickel finds (1 shield, 8 V's, 21 buffaloes and 6 war nickels) because I didn't want anyone to accuse me of posting the same old no date buffalo nickel !! I also dug a sweet 1909 VDB wheatie this morning. I have dug at least 20 of them over the years but just can't get the "S".

Awesome job on the nickels Ed, my buddy Ed is a nickel master that's why he finds a lot of gold, and also has found a beautiful 2 half dollar gold coin from this very park, Ed that 1909vdb is sweet...Congrats to ya my long time hunting partner.....
