Nice one!
Some people call them bird points. They are simply arrowheads and they were used on anything they wanted to shoot. From birds to bison, they were very effective.
 

Quito is correct. It looks like the quartz one is also a point. Assuming it has edge flaking which I can't see on my computer.
 

Cool finds man! That piece of quartz is a flake. That other one certainly looks as though it has been worked.
