A few small creek finds this morning.

1/2 mile walk through waist high nettles to get to the creek. Came back with about 10 lbs of rock for the rock garden, some coral-looking fossils (not shown) and these little guys. The bottom one has what appears to be a plant stem, leaf vein, etc. It must have been pretty delicate when it started the process. Amazing it made it. Pretty lucky to even spot it with my old eyes!🤓

Beautiful!! Using the handout of fossil shapes my buddy gave to me, the very top (fan shaped) looks like a plant fossil to me, could be wrong. That’s the kind of stuff I’m looking for. Congrats!
