found these in northern WI Langlade Co. First one is just a massive quartz rock that was a rounded (till i cracked it in half) glacial deposit but has some attractive iron oxide staining to give part of it a ruby red like appearance. Second two are banded iron formation rocks. Nothing that interesting but I enjoyed finding them. The second bif rock is fairly large prob 3lbs. click the images a few times to get maximum detail if you like.
