Only 2 hours today at my new spot, threw on the trusty shooter coil and went where yesterdays large cent was. So many different signals were in the mix when i hunted this area yesterday, and my hunch was dead on

as you can see from my pile there was no shortage of decent targets. First target was a nice pulltab signal, at 6" there was a nice decorative suspender clip. Next target was kinda like a coin on edge signal giving 2 tones inches apart, gee, whadda ya know, 2 largies in the same hole

so now its about my first hour into the hunt and im finding a few scraps, a 3"brass ring, some led, then 2 early indianheads about a ft apart from each other, a 1864 & 68

... this was just a small area, 50 yards down the trail is where the barn and tobacco sheds were, so ill be going over those areas quite meticulously in the near future.
Thanks and Enjoy

That's a fine spot indeed. I am sure there are lots more keepers just sitting there waiting for you to go rescue them.
