Hunted a rough plowed leg breaking field this evening for about 1.5 hours and managed a few nice finds. The weather was great. This field has a lot of potential, hope it gets rolled and flattened soon. Here?s the finds:
Obverse side. A copper 1 Pfenning dated 1844, a small apothecary nesting weight and my 8th apothecary weight find, it is a size I was missing surprisingly and I only have two that are the same size. And a nice little silver Bavarian 1 Kreuzer dated 1823.
Reverse of the finds, silver coin date at the bottom 1823.
All of the apothecary weights I have found, the second to the smallest I found this evening. Small 1 centimeter piece of paper for size reference. HH, Mike
