These finds are actually from yesterday, it was lat when I got back to the house.
My buddy and I decided to go out one last time for the year yesterday, went back to the cite we were at 3 days ago where we found all the buttons and a couple coppers. Spent 4 hours there vacuuming up every thing that gave a repeatable tone.
Ended up with a ton more buttons and another brittish copper, thimble, inside peice to a shoe buckle, and a couple strap guides from saddles. There is one side of a cufflink that has a dove pattern on it maybe? The other copper came from just a random field inside a local town that we stopped at just to eat up the last couple hours of the day.
All in all we have had an amazing 3 days of detecting this week, hopefully 2024 is as kind to us.
And also, the 3 days worth of finds I posted this week was all found with the xp deus 1 that I picked up a couple weeks ago and never even swung until our first outing this week! Seems to be a beast of a machine!
