Yep, the last one is definitely a Collar Break! It appears that the Collar only snapped in that location and stayed in place but pressure exerted during the Striking Process caused it to separate slightly with Planchet material flowing out, thus the edge Cud. There are likely more Cents struck at the same time that made it out on the Mint that show similar Cuds. It is too bad that the coin was not found in a Mint $50 Bag of Lincoln Cents as one might find a group of Lincoln Cents that show the progression of the ever growing Collar Break right up to failure!

Yes, as Frank said, that's a nice collar break! As for the pitted 94, that's not an error, just damage. Throw it back.
