The first and last pics are fossils. Get those to the fossils forum. I'd be curious what they got to say about it.
Pics 2-6 look like chert/chalcedony/agate. Uncertain what to call it.
The next 2 pics look quartz-ish.
As EU said those are some interesting fossils Hope the fossil folks give a hand. The banded rock reminded me of chert as well but its not quite right. You've noted translucent bands then I'm more inclined towards an agate. Banded chert that I've picked up in the Ozark region as a kid is uniformly grey and black and I've never seen it fracture out like your specimen between bands.
