-circular handle of some sort
-possible garden tool head? like a hand hoe?
-iron link
-arrow tip
-aluminum star cookie/cake mold
-National Distillers cap
-piece of lead
-2 cartridge heads Remington UMC Nitro Club No. 12
Winchester Super Speed No. 16 Made in USA

Nothing outstanding but always interesting to see what comes out if the hole.

Does anyone else leave the big stuff in place? Sometimes it just seems like big iron in the hole and it doesn’t feel right to just leave it and cover it....but I can’t carry it all out and I don’t want to leave visible litter...

Thankfully I didn’t lose anything. Sometimes I leave
my digger and have to go back and find it. Today I turned around and saw my car keys had fallen out of my pocket without me knowing it! I was VERY thankful that I saw those and didn’t lose them!

I once left a stainless steel counter for sinks underground about a foot down where it was put when a site was razed in a park after a fire years earlier....
The hole to remove it would have been frightening. And then what? l.o.l..

Another old park I found (a couple times) a copper pipe that used to feed a ( gone at my detecting time) drinking fountain. Wasn't going to raise that puppy either!

So yes. I've certainly left stuff where found.

If they are too big to carry out and I've already pulled them out I sometimes lean them against a tree...
Glad you found your keys!

Rwlevantchair, you find everything...even the kitchen sink (counter) LOL! Totally makes sense.
