Those are great Ray. :icon_thumright:

Saw the title and thought you may have lifted Ron's pics from earlier. :laughing9:

I'm disappointed, I thought this was from someone in Australia and I'd see a different kind of bird :laughing7:

pic ten shows a flicker that has grasped the red-headed woodpecker's tongue with its beak in a battle royale of bird fights. Awesome stuff. Those flickers are very skittish, very tough to get close to one under any circumstances. Cool post. :icon_thumleft:

You know Ray, it would be more fun posting this on the "Add A Caption forum"

Those birds all have a personality.. Take for example the first picture could say "All aboard" :tongue3:

Get nuts, go crazy :headbang:

Thank you to all of you for your replies. I'm glad you liked them.

Gleaner, the way it is stretched out it must be about at the breaking point. It is stretching out a long way. LOL.

Hello Spart, that would be a good idea but I don't know how to separate them to put words between the pics.

The last one looked like he might have been eating too many fermented berries and is about to faqll over. LOL.

If someone wants to move them over there, they are welcomed to do it. I would bet that there would be some
really good captions.

Ray

Nice. Spart, I got the perfect 'bird' for you in my 'Breck Babe' post. Low maintenance and don't talk back.

Ray leave it to me, I posted 2 of them already :laughing9:

RGINN, I left a remark on your post.. In my normal fashion of course :tongue3:
