a few finds on a rice plantation

I have some questions as to what some of the items my be, i am pretty sure one of the is a lock but would greatly appreciate any help with the other items, I also wanted to ask the best way to restore the items without destroying them. Thanks

well the first one is what's left of a grinder wheel for an angle grinder, and the lat one looks like a brooch to me. As far as the lock, it's pretty rough, not sure what to do about that one.
