Among the plethora of pop tabs, can slaw, roofing tacks, and assorted other bits...these are the most notable so far. Railroad type lock, several marbles, lead and .22 casings, square nails, keys, a sinker release, wheaties (1945, 48, 52, 58), dime, MG Tootsie Toy, Matchbox Petrol Tanker (1968), shotgun shell headstamps (UMC New Club, Hawthorne Reliance, and Federal with unspent primer), and what I believe is an old butane tank lid. The headstamps are by far my personal favorite.

According to one of the adult kids of the previous owner, the whole back acre and half were bulldozed twice...making things very interesting to find. The home is originally a two room house, possibly built in the early 1900s, added onto in the 40s-50s, and then again in the late 60s. While reroofing the front porch I did find two old Forza Oil advertising signs (c. 1920) they'd used for patching. In rough shape and has roofing tar on them, but that's another project.
