Over the years I have buckles and suspenders and don't know what I have, I suspect most are around a hundred years and hopefully someone has seen a few of these and might share a little knowledge

Those two buttons I found in either western New York(Youngstown area) or in eastern North Carolina, but didn't know they might hit that age!! Appreciate the info!!creskol said:My guess is that the two frame buckles with the flat tongues probably date to the mid 1700's to early 1800's.
You are very knowledgeable. The FARMERS BRACE suspender buckle that he displays, however, is patented in 1871.
