Mind you I've done about the same thing.. But here is what I did. Taking a 20 oz pepsi bottle (plastic) and attaching a oxygen hose and suspending the bottle from the celling.. I was able to create a steady "Drip, Drip" when cutting my small stones with my dremel.
Perhaps I'll repost my jerry rig again one day.
