A DOUBLE SKUNK

Last week while picking up my dime boxes, I was able to buy $30 of CWR's of cents. I'm thinking maybe just maybe a few more than just the average 10-12 wheaties. It was a double SKUNK of huge proportions. Not only was there zero wheaties, but not even a copper (below 81). The DUMPSTER at least left me a few 82's to determine as copper or zinc, and a few 2009. Next time I'll ask the teller "please not from the same person as last time".

Who the heck re roll cents for dumping?

Anybody who doesn't have access to a coin counter...

I've encountered dumped cent rolls many times, and there's plenty of coin counters where I live.
