Glad you got out for a walk. I think last night's 2:00 a.m. "walk" about did me in. Slept all day and tried to hunt tonight but, just stumbled around like a drunk! Sometimes I guess we can overdo our therapy sessions. One must keep a balance on all things. Nice to hear from ya' mate.

Yeah, I suppose we do, kind of overdo things nowadays. I think I'd be afraid to "walk" at 2am! Still, we need to do what we need to do, when we can do.

I walked today, but my heart really wasn't in it. Better than not, but still.....

Its good that you are going a dig'n, even if the happy factor hasn't come back yet. Practice will make perfect at some point, time is the wild card.

Fishy looks like he has a briefcase, probably needs it for all the car titles he owns.
If he flips the blue barrett over he can teeter totter.
I wouldn't try it with Blingie, Fishy will go flying!

Blingie's new peace still has some bling on it, he's happy.

And the clad doth grow.

The weekends here have been perfect....they are taunting me.
Knee still refuses to cooperate.
My next move... have family & 911 on speed dial, and go detecting anyway! [emoji30]
