I have been listing on craig's list ever since it was suggested on here and I got another one today, my second in two days. I think this sounds like a fantastic opportunity! Here's what this guy says:

I have a proposition for you. I live in Blackstone, VA which is about 50 minutes south of Richmond. I have about 200 acres of land. The home that I live in was built in 1957 but there were three barnes and two houses on the property that probably predated my home by 40-50 years. All of them have been torn or burned down but I can easily show you the location where they were. If you want to venture south you are welcome to come explore my land in exchange for making a few swipes along my walkway and driveway where my girlfriend thinks that she lost a gold and diamond earring.
