A decent nickel box _*~_*~_*~_*~_*~PICTURES_*~_*~_*~_*~_*~

I finished a nickel box that produced 2 very nice coins... a clipped planchet nickel and an AU 1940 nickel, the 1940 nickel is an upgrade for my nickel album!

my second clipped planchet nickel ever, the first one was a double clip

A) You mean decent.
B) It really wasn't.

could you specify more please?

Yes, I will specify. Your title reads: A decant nickel box

Decant: - Verb.
1. Gradually pour (liquid, typically wine or a solution) from one container into another, esp. without disturbing the sediment.
2. Empty out; move as if by pouring.

Decent: - Adjective.
1. Conforming with generally accepted standards of respectable or moral behavior.
2. Appropriate; fitting: "they would meet again after a decent interval".

And, the way I see the results, it was not decent (or even decant).

ok bud, my spelling was a bit off, it's been quite some time since I was sitting in English class, I am not a major in english/literature, most people know what I mean, decent, not decant. I see you have pleasure to jump on somebody's spelling mistakes, please don't post on my topic if you're going to criticize my spelling.

also, it was a decent nickel box since I got an error and a clipped planchet... I am not only in this for the silver, I also collect coins.

ok bud, my spelling was a bit off........

When windows puts a big red line under one of your words it doesn't mean that you did something awesome.

....I see you have pleasure to jump on somebody's spelling mistakes.......

So you can give it out, but cant take it? (see jnb1994 thread about dumping a thousand)

also, it was a decent nickel box........

I agree since the nickels were neither disrespectful nor immoral.

Nice clip BB! I've only found a few of those and i search quite a few nickel boxes. It's not always about the silver.

thanks for the support, IS. I figured the best thing was to add AgHawk onto my ignore list so I don't get angry, ha.
MM2, I agree, I now have a clipped penny, dime, and 2 clipped nickels. Got to work on getting them clipped halves and quarters, I am sure I will come across a clipped half dollar soon enough, I've come across several grease filled die halves in the past.
AgHewk, say wut yu want, make yerself luuk liek a fool. I iz playin 'round on jnb1994's post 'long wit others with sarcasm, nothin negative at all.
HH,
Buff

Come on, it's not an English class, if you can understand stuff, despite of some mistakes, that's ok. The content always matters more than a context.
Nice job on a nickel box, BuffaloBoy. Clipped planchets are my favourites, they are more easily found, than DDO or small die cracks.

P.S that line in red was kinda hard to understand, but I got whatcha sayinn :laughing7:

Buff Boy is right...get off his back....you are not his mother....or English teacher.

Get off his back VS. Use the spell check

Both are valid arguments. Surely there must be a middle ground somewhere......

AGHawk - Newb, boob comments do not count when they are negative. Perhaps AGHawk should review the terms
of this board before posting such idiotic horse manure.

Picture of said manure for further explanation:

BB, Great find on the Nickels, AGHawk is just jealous
