So I hit one of my favorite places and was rewarded both days. Day one I got the v nickel 1908. And a pocket spill of copper 8 copper cents. Day two my buddy and I went looking for a long lost cabin. But were thwarted by a lot of thorn bushes. As we were leaving and headed back to the truck I look down and see what looks like an aluminum tree tag laying on the surface. I picked it up took a quick look and handed it over to my buddy for closer inspection. After giving it a little wipe We seen the sterling stamp and the words Odd fellows and new it was cool. We moved on to check out another spot. After about an hour of nothing good my buddy decides to head down a steep hill. So I go the other way and as I’m billy goating down the hill my coil goes over what sounded like another beaver tail. Well I can’t pass them up. Dug it up and thought it was a mood ring at first. Low and behold it’s a tiny 10k signet ring 2.6 grams. I’ve only found two other signet rings and neither one have initials. Tell next time.
