A couple whats-its

I found these at the beach today. The first is nickel sized with a small hinge and fits into the other part. The last piece of it says F&B sterling---maybe a pill box? The last pic has green glass,hinged,and the inside has tabs to hold the glass in place.In between tabs and glass are tiny metal strips with holes throughout. Thanks for checking these out.
