a couple teen wheats among the modern clad

Hello all, i got a chance to get out for about an hr and a half this morning...in the drizzling rain ill add! Went to an older park i have hunted with success in the past...over the yrs wheats,barbers,slq,buffalos, and a few ih ect have been found...but that was yrs ago...i have also hunted the little league ball fields they have there as well...and been run off a few times from the ball fields! this morn i tried the ball fields.....i came up with about 5 clad quarters, a couple dimes no nickels(which is normal for me cause i dont dig them) about 12 memorials...and 2 wheats...the wheats were a 1917 and a 191...?2 , 3 ,or 4...lol...couldnt make it out...(must be the eyes) i took pics...but they turned out terrible...so i didnt post them...im thinking i just need a better camera...try to get one soon...smile, and happy hunting...bigscrub

I HATE nickels pleh...lol...and i usually come up with junk when i dig um...at least the pennies can be wheats...which i like...lol...i try to dig the deeper pennies...although today i dug a few memorials that were over 5 inches.......i guess i could use a digital screen and rule out alot of the trash right? yeah i know pleh...im also missin the gold rings when i skip the nickels (usually) lol...the early wheats make me feel good...along with the silver from time to time! I would much rather go hunt a fort...but it takes time to do that...which i have a hard time coming up with these days! The short hunts keep my detecting skills up to par for when i can get away to hunt better sites...smile,big scrub
