A couple of curious finds.

Two older finds and one modern.

1. This is a threaded piece found about 4 inches down. 1"x4"
2. This item was also found in the same area about 5 inches down. The top hole is round while the lower one is square. 5"x8"
Both are in a civil war area but also near a river, so overflow is a real possibility.

3. Well, this modern chrome piece looks like a Led Zeppelin souvenir but who knows. :)

US in Southwest Missouri, a couple of miles from Wilson's Creek.

The second item the arrow shaped one is a plow of some sort I have seen them at John Deere.

Your Led Zeppelin thing is something to do with the Trinity not sure what though.

The pendant is based on a popular Celtic and Viking images called the Triquetra.

A plow point! Thanks, that's makes sense since I also recovered a modern thing that looks like it belongs on a plow. :)

I don't think so, it rang up as a VDI 55 on my AT Pro so I doubt it. :/
I would not pay much attention what the detector says about an object, I have seen many silver coins and artifacts and that looks like silver, get it tested.

Good point. I've been thinking of getting a testing kit from Amazon.
