A couple of Ankle Breaking Fields - Hammered & Saxon Bit...

It's been a tough period with bad weather & poor conditioned fields.
Last week we only managed 1 hr 15mins & my best find was a glass stopper...(too sticky & got rained off)
Today, I tried a Roman Site but the ankle breaking field & lack of finds had me scratching my head with only 1 Roman Coin in 2 hours.
Before we left, I said lets try the next field by the Church, another ankle breaker, for 30 mins.
I got lucky on OTWBTTC & got a Hammered & Saxon circa 10th C Strap Junction. (Horse Bridle related)
