A couple Interesting Rocks...Little Help?

Rocks are not my thing so if anyone could chime in please feel free!

The first one is attracted by a magnet. The second is completely flat on the bottom. Ignore the pink paint. Not even sure if these are natural.

Both were found in the Annapolis basin in Nova Scotia Canada. Thanks!

Why do I think meteorite? 1rst one, Nickel /Iron? Just a guess but they look like they've been superheated!
