A couple pictures of my sons from over the weekend.

This is my older son, Frank, who just finished a 100 mile endurance run along the rim of Lake Tahoe on the Nevada side. Most of the run was at about 8000’ elevation.

This next photo is of both my sons, Frank and David. David, ran as a pacer buddy to Frank through the night for 40 miles.
it took Frank 33 hours and 40 minutes to complete the course.

Thanks guys for the likes and comments.

Yes, elevation is a tough row to hoe. Frank is in great shape, 6’-6” and 180 lbs. David is in great shape as well. They should be, 34 and 28 years old.

When we go on deer hunting trips the boys alway hike to the high elevation wilderness areas and I stay around base camp at much lower elevations.

That's a great accomplishment! When I first moved here, I could barely walk fast at 9200ft.

Nice pictures !! Wish i had your energy
