The Best first: A Failed Fluted Lance made of a Dark Rhyolite with half of the Fluting Platform (or Nipple) still present. In this series of photos, you can see a defect in the center of the stone that lead to its ultimate failure. You can also see a partial Flute that jumped around a basil defect.
The Second is a Cool thin Blade that is broken at the upper 3rd section. It?s likely a Middle Woodland Type we call Fox Creek Lanceolate.
