Had this day planned for a couple weeks now. Hit a new field, and it was amazing. The etrac was singing all day. I could go on and on but I'll just tell you what I found. The first find of the day was a coin big as an 8 reale. No idea what it is yet but I think the date on it is 1793. I dug 4 large cents, the dates being 1837, 1838, 1845 and a no date. Got a 1897 Barber Half a first for me. also dug a 1940 merc, a 1964 roosie, and a 1960 silver canadian dime. Sorry no pics of those. 12 colonial flat buttons were also dug. Not to mention the do dads. I posted a picture of one that has a neat design. It was a great day and a much needed day aswell.
