Size, pictures of the obverse and reverse, metal composition, and what country it was found in might help with an ID.

It's silver, its the size of a 6pence but it's really thin so unsure, and it was found in UK mate nothing on other side of coin just plain

Hey Kieran. Right about now folks are scratching their head and saying "size of a six pence?" Could you give it in inches or MM please? I am no help but others might be.

So it is about the size of a U.S. cent. (That comparison is for those of us across the pond)
If it's a coin, the 19.41 diameter is definitely a clue. I searched and saw (but didn't follow) links that identified an Australian nickel and a coin from Fiji as being 19.41 mm. It's pretty roached so a positive ID might be tough, but if anyone can do it this group can.

Kieran225; When you take a picture of something. Put a coin or something next to it so we can get an idea of size
