Hey Guys(girls included) I was a the park and honed in on a signal, that said "hey I've been down here for over 50 years so dig me up!! I try to carefully listen to what my machine was telling me. I got that distinct and consistent beep over and over again. At first I dug a little and found and old torn up deterioration of a wallet with some chain and spring on with end. Then I busted out the uni probe detector pro and it was humming very loudly. I found a penny and it was a 1925 wheat, then I continually probed the area until I unearthed 2 nickels, one 1942d Jefferson, 1 buffalo 1937 , 1- 1937 quarter, and 2 more wheat pennies 1928 and 1942. Oh what a Day!!! I wanted to share my excitement with you guys, cause you get excited and understand what it means to find a little cache of coins and that rocks!!!

That is awesome! nice job on recovery that would be in a display case if it were me.

You did well by finding a buffalo with a readable date...silver quarter a bonus

it would be nice to hunt at the park where grown ups hang out but the ducklings(kids) saw me dig it up and they wanted it and told them "Maybe next time".

What a cool find. Wish I was there to see it come out of the ground. I was a witness to one cache find. Me and Buckleboy was out digging many years ago and he found a silver pocket spill.

Thanks for sharing that thrill with us! The closest I've come is a hole with 6 clad quarters in it and other coins. H.H.! CARM

Wow, that is awesome, especially with the original container! :tchest:

I agree with drewan, would make a terrific display!

Awesome find, man! The silver and the readable Buffalo would have been a good day on their own, but to find them in a wallet like that was sweet!

Sweet find !
