A Button and a thingamabob

The button is pretty well wasted. There is some gilt left on the back and I was able to figure out some of the letters. What I'm trying to do is get an approximate age. If anyone can help, good, if not, no biggie.

The words are "TREBLE GILT" along one side and the only letter I could make out on the top was that whatever it said ended in the letter "K".

The thingamabob, I have no clue.

I have found them on very late 18th & early 19th sites marked with the treble gilt marks.There's many types of those buttons with that type mark.Go here & you can see some like them scroll down a ways..............

i agree. most of the "treble gilt" buttons i've found are from early/mid 1800s

Your thingamabob looks like it may be a Beyblade. Its a kids toy spinning top that ia popular now.
