a 'bit' of a suprise

digging back in the same site as the rest of my relic surfaced at, I thought I hit the point where there was nothing else. But then I thought I'd search the area one more time finding this beautiful bit here on the left

How did it hit on your machine? And how do you suppose you missed it the first time? Where did the other one come from? Same place?

not really sure the first time, it was all pushed around back in the woods by a tractor (trying to clear roots and dreaded poison ivy) but I searched it over and over and then went back when the dirt was a bit more dry, and it bounced from a 2 to a 97 (using a discovery3300) then settled out at around 112 with high pitch sounding.

other one, same area except more towards the cedar tree.
