A ???, big silver, and an 1896 IHC

Hi all. Well here's another IHC from an old park here in town. I've found 5 Indian head cents so far this season. Unfortunately, no old silvers yet. I did pic up this big silver ring in a park today, so I guess I can't complain. Any ideas about the thing on the left? Someone told me they thought it was a clock key... Sorry bout the upside down; I tried inserting the image right side up and upside down and this is the only way it would post. HH! -Tin Foil
