yesterday Jim and I went to an elementary school, built in the 50's....I was digging clad and pulltabs hoping for a piece of jewelry. No go on the jewelry but I did get $5.71 in modern coins in one hour, got a 1948 silver rosie, and 2 wheats.

On the way home we stopped at a field I pounded pretty hard this spring, was hoping there might be something I missed, about the 3rd target I came across was a solid 12-12 and it was 2" deep, out popped my 9th shield nickel for this season, it is a no date, but it has to be 1866 or 1867 because it has rays.....not long after I got the worlds crustiest indian...lol, takes me to 166 injuns this yr.

You sure have been on a roll lately.

Hey Goes4ever I found me a old elementary school that was torn down a month or so ago. Been there twice so far found a 1925 buffalo nickel and around $4.00 in clad. HH
