I found this coin silver , i clean it for nice looking.
the write on this coin is:

But i have no idea what the number signifies.

you found yourself 2 grams of .999 silver there son!...it's a BULLION round!, just a thin one, that's all....got one just like it. pretty cool.
 

Hammid, to answer your question it looks to be a commemorative coin minted for the 1976 American Bicentennial. It's got 2 grams of silver, so whew who!!! Don't spend it all in one place!!! A cool find and definately unusual.
