I did a bit of research on this yesterday. I found a comment that said the letters JWBR belong to a company called Verigold. I tracked them down, (I think they are in India) sent them an e-mail asking if they use the letters. I've yet to receive a reply.
If you Google the letters, most of the hits are people asking "what does JWBR mean?"
Let's solve this :headbang:

The ring I pictured that says JWBR.925 on one side, says INDIA on the other side.
