LORAIN — A 90-year-old man discovered his lock box with his entire life
savings was stolen on Christmas Eve, according to a Lorain police report.

Esteban Davila, of East 36th Street, had $60,000 in a lock box he stored in the back corner of his bedroom closet, a place where very few people knew it was located, the report stated.

another old timer that didnt trust banks, you just never know where, money could be stashed

Is there no respect left at all? If it was the grandson who stole the box, maybe he should go for a boat ride about 50 miles off the coast. Maybe he could go diving with the box.
