2 mining claims - we have had them for 20 years. In the El Paso Mountains, 80 acres total.
These claims are in a place where you cannot get a mining claim anymore - they are grandfathered from when S:21 (California Desert Protection Act) was implemented. There are very, very VERY few available claims in this area - 4 to be exact, and we own 3-1/2. (two partners own the other half of the 4th claim, which is NOT being sold).
Gold - the claims have paid us every year we have mined there. I hate to sell them, but, it is getting more and more difficult to go to California - it was a piece of cake when we lived in Arizona. Not so much from South Dakota.
$20,000 for both claims, no financing, firm price. Yes, it might sound ridiculous, but, these claims are the ones that every body has wanted for 20 years.
We will hold your funds until you can check them out personally. (we will give you 60 days) If you check them out while I am there - I will show you where to get the gold. There are currently 10 adits I believe - there were 14, but, due to severe rains, etc., we have closed 4 of them that had become unstable. The best idea is to start a new adit or two. There is also one shaft - it is rather unsafe, and a heck of a ways down, and the sample from it was not worth our risk. It also tends to flood. We have had assays done, and we have gold - on hand - from the mines.
Most of the gold is small nuggets - coarse gold - and, I will say that a large nugget that was advertised at one time was taken, illegally from one of these claims.
These claims date back to over 300 years old - the main adit was at 223 feet, our last trip. Paperwork is done for this year.
If seriously interested - email me or Roy (oroblanco) - no pms, please, as I will not give out the exact location of these claims online.
