8 box skunk - Kind of

Well I have had 8 boxes of halves this week, all of which were skunks. I wanted to do more boxes but have been busy with work.
I did however find my first Proof coin.
1979 S Proof- I do not typically look for them, but it stood out... It has a beautiful mirrored finish!

18 boxes on order for this coming week(however, I am busy again, so we may be pushing some to next week)

Interesting how things go in this hobby. I have yet to skunk out twice in a row, BUT my boxes are only yielding 1-3 coins. I have not had a box with more than that since my first couple.

Ouch 8 skunks in a week hurts but finding that first proof is fun. I went 3to weeks without silver in november but found about 8 of those proofs never more than 3 in a box.

If I skunk out on next weeks 18 boxes as well, I may switch back to dimes...
