More then one occasion I have seen Creeks referred to as Rivers in early Writings .
I'm going to guess they Meant creek.
Is there a Chickasha creek in the area ? or could they be Referring to the Cedar creek ?

although it is not Labeled Penn Pilot sends me East of Rt. 69 & Atoka
south of Stringtown

It is funny that they state: "they have a scientific mineral stone which will locate mineral of any kind in the ground" :icon_scratch:
