It was cool today and wasn't raining, so to get rid of my cabin fever I headed to the soccer field for the 6th time. Surprisingly, with everthing flooding around here, it was huntable. I did pretty good on the clad, found me another Aladin's token, and one more small silver ring.....then my batteries went dead. No biggie, I was getting tired anyway. We are supposed to get another 10 inches of rain again tonight here in the hill country.

Congrats on yet another silver....hope it continues and maybe a gold soon too!!

thats some thorough coverage... your almost ready to re-sweep the whole thing in an opposing direction. .. I just wouldn't have the patience.

Great finds. Are you going to start reruning some of the earlier hunts when you finish?

HH.

Nice finds PM---That is a lot of goodies.

P.S. Better sleep with your life jacket on tonight. ;D

Grats on another sweet silver ring PM!!!

If I go now I'll have to go by boat. Tomorrow I will be helping move people to higher ground. The lakes are rising at 6" per hour and they are way over the 100% full level. 23" of rain last night right up the road wiped out a bunch of friends of mine's homes, and we are expecting another 18" tonight. They say this is the worst flooding and rain in 500 years. Man, this is a disaster!

Thanks, there are a lot of people that need that right now.

Hope that rain ends soon PM---Best wishes

Looks like the soccer field is a winner very consistent numbers coming out of there! :)

Hey Piggy, I knew that there was another silver in there waiting for you. ;D Nice digs. Try to stay dry, hope it stops raining soon or you may have to build an Ark! Good luck with the rain.

Great diggin piggy! It's gonna be difficult to dig ther for a few days.
Keep dry if you can and best wishes to all....
No crossin' any of those bridges or streams till the water goes down...

Keep safe and on the high ground.....

Are you using the Eagle Spectrum to find all the rings???That is what I use all the time and I have found 15 so far this year. They really are ring magnets.....LOL

I am useing the Eagle Spectrum and think it is a really good machine. I cashed in what I found last year with my Compass X-100 and bought it along with a Sun Ray pinpointer. I have been very happy with my decision. Yes, it seems to like those rings, I am up to 31 as of yesturday, not counting the "junk" ones. It also seems to like dimes really well also.

Looks to me like your finding plenty of coinage to buy enough spare batteries to last a few years, great diggin. Sorry to hear about the flooding, hope you weather the storm well. HH
