I have found one safe but it is face down and to large to turn over. My guess is that it is empty. Its in 6' of water.

So the thief had a key, took the safe from the home unlocked it, took the good stuff out then re-locked the safe and ditched it?
Pretty suspicious, sounds like an inside job. Maybe for insurance.
