All of this and dozen's of wheat's were found in the same place, an old buried hotel area.

1911 Barber dime

1936 Washington quarter

A cast Santa, 2- lipsticks, crotal bell, baby funnel with handle, pin, junk bracelet, and 1977 Dog license.

Love that silver pic!! Mmmm yum....but I'm on a drought...FINALLY got on a place I've been drooling over with a lot of history, first 5 minutes...Merc! And after that...pfffft! A handful of pretty wheats and a LOT of junk. I fed the skeeters for 2 days, left only because I thought I was dehydrated, turns out I was 5 pints low on blood..lol. After that initial Merc, I was SO excited..I thought I had arrived! But luckily, good people like yourself dug enough for everyone! Thx for sharing, Ddf.

I'm retired now and I don't always find silver... my old spots have been hit, over and over... not finding a silver, just drives me to find new spots... I really want to try out my water machine at the beach at low tide... 2 1/2 hr. to the nearest beach.... happy hunting every one !!

Hey BLK HOLE, I dig plenty of bottle caps and pull tabs, copper tubing and aluminum.... I've detected for 28 years now, and learn something new every day... the machine is only 33 1/3 percent...... Location for good stuff 33 1/3 percent and knowing your machine and willing to dig iffy tones is 33 1/3..

No machine will say... 100 percent sure it is a coin.... like a person, just an educated guess !!!!
