6-7-11 ohio field hunt

Got off work early today so I decided to go hunting.Most of my spots just got there spring planting/plowing last week and they got 3 inches of rain on them last weekend so I was expecting to find some flint.Had a pretty good day of it.Found a lance and a stringtown lance very close to each other in a spot I have found other paleo pieces in the past. those are in the first 3 pics.The core is a killer flintridge piece in pic 4.Found a few brokes and a decent hopewell point.I was really bumbed when I found the big hafted scraper a lil busted up.Good luckhunting.

You're on a roll dude. Couple a nice early lanceolates there. The core looks like a beaut, is that some greenish ridge I see?

Thx dude,I am gettin on a good roll I have to admit.I have some untouched freshly plowed fields that have had good rain on them,it could be a real fun weekend.The lance on left looks better in hand than in that pic.That core is green, blue and pink.I had some bad lighting on that pic,think i am gonna start taking pics outside like you and choo does.your guys pics always look so crisp with the true colors.have a good weekend of hunting bro!!

Wow creek it seems like you got some awesome places to hunt. Good looking pieces you found. I like the pink colored one, must be quartz. When you're hot you're hot. Hope you find some great things in that new field this weekend.
